Getting pain when you are practising guitar? What to do?

Guitar playing can cause pain. A lot of times this happens when you’re learning the game for the first time. Find out what you can do to eliminate pain completely and how you can manage it….

It is important to rest after playing the guitar if you are sore. Any pain in your hands, wrists, or neck should not be ignored. If you don’t rest your body, you will make things worse. Take pain medication or apply ice if the pain is severe. Consult your doctor if you are still experiencing pain. When playing guitar, you should not experience serious pain. You may be doing something wrong, so talk with your guitar teacher.
